Send Your Cases to Blue Box for Quick, Quality Results!

Blue Box offers high-quality dental restorations with quick turnaround times. There are three ways to send us cases: digital, analog, and through MyLabConnect. To learn more about how to send us a case, please check out the rest of the page for directions. We look forward to working with you to create beautiful, functional results for your patients.

How to Set Up Your Account

If you are sending your first case to us, you need to provide basic practice and dentist information to ensure the case is designed to your preferences and delivered seamlessly.

Please fill out the New Account Form or contact your Blue Box sales representative or Blue Box Dental Client Experience team at 877-825-1690 for assistance.

How to Send a Digital Case

If you are a new customer, please make sure your account is set up.  If you are an existing customer, you can edit your digital case preferences in your MLC account.

Also, ensure that your IOS Platform has been configured using these instructions.

After connecting to us by your IOS Platform type, please ensure to provide the following information on your digital Rx. 

Once connected and we receive your first case, you will be sent login credentials for our case management portal system to track cases and interact with a team member! 

IOS Platforms

  • Open Unit Software

  • Click “Store”.

  • Go to “Labs” and type Blue Box

  • Click “Install” and the lab will be added as an app on the scanner

    OR

  • Select Settings from your scanner
  • Click “Connections”, and then “Labs”
  • Click “Add” and search for [email protected] and submit your connection approval. 
Call iTero technical support at (800)577-8767. Ask to connect to a Leixir Lab by providing the Lab name and Lab Code.

In Connect Case Center:
  • Login, click “My Account”
  • Use “My Favorite Labs” tab
  • Click “Search Lab” and search for Blue Box

OR

For users on DS Core (newest Sirona Platform)
  • Login to DScore.com and click user profile menu in the top right corner
  • Click on practice information
  • Click on “Preferred labs”
  • Click on blue button “Add Preferred Lab”
  • Search for Blue Box zip code 39216
  • Click (+) button on the right hand side
  • Login to “Medit Link” and click on “Partners” on the left hand side

  • Search for Blue Box in the “Add New Partner” window

  • Click on “Request Partnership”

Visit the “Dexis IS Connect” site or from the scanner:

  • Login to “Shining 3D Cloud” and click on “Connections”
  • Then click “New” on the right-hand side of the page
  • Search for Blue Box by name or [email protected]
  • Send a request to connect and the lab will accept.

How to Send a Traditional Impression Case

At Blue Box, we understand that some dentists may prefer to send physical impressions of their cases. We are happy to accommodate this method of case submission and are dedicated to providing the same level of service and attention to detail for traditional submissions as we do for digital submissions.

Case Packing & Shipping Instructions

Proper care in packing your case for shipping plays a significant role in the quality of the case and service we provide. Broken and distorted pieces can result in ill fitting prosthetics which means a new impression and an inconvenience to you and your patient.
